MC Paralegal Program

The Washington, DC, area offers tremendous job opportunities for paralegals. In additional to law firms, the federal government, local governments, corporations, banks, insurance companies, title companies, and many other organizations seek to hire talented, formally-trained individuals. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of legal occupations is projected to grow 7 percent from 2018 to 2028, faster than the average for all occupations, which will result in about 93,300 new jobs.

Paralegal Studies Club
The Paralegal Studies Club is an organization of paralegal students at MC that offers networking opportunities with local attorneys and other community stakeholders. The club also provides additional special events and activities such as resume building, employment interview tips, presentations by legal luminaries, and social events.
